As soon as you’ve been prescribed an Amicus Therapeutics medication for an approved use, you can enroll in AMICUS ASSIST. All you have to do is provide your consent via the Patient Referral Form. Your doctor will then submit the Patient Referral Form to AMICUS ASSIST.
The AMICUS ASSIST team will provide you with personalized support throughout your treatment journey. Your assigned specialists will be able to answer your questions, guide you through your financial assistance options, and provide support tailored to your needs throughout the duration of your treatment.
